Mini-Rex TRICOLORED rabbits:
Mauwana, named after the intrepid little girl in the recent Disney Movie Mauie, was so named because she was the first of my two tri-colored mini-Rex bunnies to leave the cage and explore the room around her! Mauie, her mate, was just like Mauie in the movie - a big, touch-acting bunny who when it came right down to it, was not as brave as his mate, since it took him three days to leave the cage and begin to explore!! However, they love to hop and play, now, chasing each other around (or rather, Mauie likes to chase Mauwana around!), in their outdoor bunny play yard. They were quite young when I purchased them, so I don't think they are ready to breed, although Mauie sure likes to try. I hope to be surprised one of these days with a nice big litter of beautiful tri-color bunnies just like their parents. So keep checking back to see if any have arrived. I promise to put their pictures up on the website, to you can see who is available. They are sure to be absolutely gorgeous, so don't wait, if you are interested in purchasing one of their kits!
This is Mauie, my little male Mini-Rex. He has grown up enough that he would VERY MUCH like to become a daddy, but the ladies have yet to cooperate fully (at least as far as I can tell). It's possible one or both of them have babies on the way, but neither of the girls have thrown a little yet, and I hate to bother them in case they are getting close. Check back to see if Mauie did the job he was bought to do! Below are two pictures of Mauwana, my gorgeous female tricolored mini-Rex. I look forward to seeing what her babies look like, as I'm sure you will too!
